Licensing Terms & Privacy Policies
By using cTunes, you are agreed to all of the following Terms and conditions

1. Content on cTunes
The musical compositions (the "Compositions"), the master recordings ("Masters") and the cover artwork ("Artwork") available on cTunes shall be referred to collectively as the "Licensed Works". But All content is copyrighted to its original owner. We protect and display copyrights as best as we can. cTunes does its best to give proper credit to the source from which the data was collected. If you think that any content is objectionable, please inform cTunes at the earliest possible.

2. Term & Territory
The rights granted by cTunes to Users hereunder shall be for the duration of the period set by cTunes. It can remove the grant anypoint without notifying the Users. Currently cTunes is giving unlimited listening service for free and fees can be changed anypoint of time without notifying the users.
The territory covered by shall be the world (the "Territory")

3. Purpose of Services
cTunes is providing streaming services to use any and all catalogue of audio and video recordings and musical compositions available, for the following purposes: (a) Listening ONLY; (b) Notwithstanding the foregoing, Users shall have no right to resell, publicly perform, transfer or hypothecate the unaltered version of the content. (c) cTunes shall maintain and control the operation of the Services. cTunes reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of the content and/or to vary suspend or discontinue any aspect thereof at any time, as determined in it's sole reasonable business judgment. The cTunes services are protected by copyright as an original work under copyright law and shall not be copied or duplicated without the express written consent. (d) Any alteration or modification by user of the Licensed Work, including but not limited to user's remix, addition or change of any lyrics, shall be at user's sole risk, and cTunes shall have no responsibility regarding any such alteration or modification

4. Limitation on Liability
Notwithstanding the foregoing, cTunes shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, in connection with or arising from cTunes Services and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim or liability arising from or related to any software program, data errors, digital transmission errors, failures, interruptions or delays, regardless of cause.

5. Assignment
cTunes shall have the right to assign this Service to any party with whom they shall merge, consolidate, or which acquires a substantial, interest in the assets of it's business.

6. Arbitration
Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this Services, shall be settled solely and exclusively by binding arbitration in state of Telangana, India. Such arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the then prevailing commercial arbitration rules of the INDIA. Each party shall bear its own attorneys fees and expenses. The parties agree to abide by all decisions and awards rendered in such proceedings. Such decisions and awards rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and conclusive. All such controversies, claims or disputes shall be settled in this manner in lieu of any action at law or equity; provided however, that nothing in this subsection shall be construed as precluding the bringing of an action for injunctive relief or other equitable relief.
